Kiara joined the Center for Cognitive Medicine in July 2023. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and from the UTC Honors college with departmental honors. Prior to joining this team, she was an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Jill Shelton's Cognitive Aging, Learning, and Memory lab and Dr. Amanda Clark's Assessing Cognition lab at UTC.

At the Center for Cognitive Medicine, Kiara hopes to expand her clinical research skills and further her understanding of cognitive aging. She plans to pursue a degree in Clinical Neuropsychology in the near future.
